		<description>Yep, that would be me...on the occasional Thursday nights, at least.  I&#039;ve moved to mostly road cycling.  Once in a blue moon my group does a trail ride just to be out in nature more.  Long live the trail!</description>

I love going to the Town Lake trail to run or stroll, I&#039;ve not tried biking there in years. The sections that are the 3 and 4 mile loops seem to crowded to really move through on a bike! I&#039;m just a poky runner so I bottleneck at the large families spread across the trail. Its great to see them out there but I wish they would leave some space for others to get by!

Nuff bitchin&#039;.  The trail is great, long live the trail!</description>
